Do you know what I hate? I also hate it when you're lying back in the dental chair and, with fingers and God only knows what other dental appliances are in your mouth, gasping to breath and struggling hard not to gag.....
the owner of those fingers asks you a question that you have not hope in hell of answering even half intelligently! Come on guys let's be sensible here else you're going to lose one or two fingers.
